1 can of fermented black bean mackerel 8-10 heads of butter lettuce 3 cloves of garlic
Seasoning
1 tablespoon lard 1½ tablespoons fermented black beans

First, rinse the Chinese lettuce thoroughly and cut it into sections.

Prepare a can of dace fish in black bean sauce.

Cut the dace fish into pieces, and crush and mince three cloves of garlic.

Then, take 1 tablespoon of lard and 1.5 tablespoons of black bean sauce.

Stir-fry the ingredients evenly, then add the minced garlic and fish pieces, stir-frying until fragrant.

Finally, add all the Chinese lettuce and stir-fry.

When the Chinese lettuce becomes soft, it’s ready to serve!
