First, prepare 3 deboned chicken drumsticks, can also use chicken breast as a substitute, cut the chicken into small pieces, place the chicken in a bowl and set it aside.

Mix 2 tablespoons of cornstarch with half a bowl of water and set it aside.

Heat a little oil in a pan, and add the marinated chicken when the oil is hot, stir-fry over high heat until the chicken changes color, then add the onions, stir-fry the onions until fragrant, then add the diced potatoes.
