First, we prepare 3 large fresh chicken drumsticks.

Slice some ginger, chop half an onion into chunks, and slice the garlic for later use.

Boil a pot of water, add scallion segments and ginger slices once it boils, then add a spoonful of salt.

Next, add the chicken drumsticks and cook over medium-low heat for about 20 minutes. If not fully cooked, continue cooking until done.

Heat oil in a pan, then stir-fry the onion, ginger slices, garlic slices, and scallion segments until fragrant.

Remove the ingredients from the pan, and then we prepare the sauce.

3 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 3 tablespoons of light soy sauce, half a tablespoon of dark soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of salt, and half a tablespoon of sesame oil; Add a generous amount of the scallion oil you just made and stir well.

Once the chicken drumsticks are cooked, place them in ice water to cool down, after the chicken has cooled, shred the meat by hand.

Finally, sprinkle some sesame seeds, pour in the sauce, and it's ready to serve!
