Food ingredient
450 – 600g of pork ribs 1 pot of green tea
Seasoning
2 tablespoons of light soy sauce 2 tablespoons of dark soy sauce 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce Appropriate amount of rock sugar A small amount of salt
1
The method is quite simple. First, brew a pot of green tea with hot water. Wait for the tea leaves to fully steep; we’ll need it later.
2
Soak the pork ribs in cold water for half an hour, then pat them dry.
3
Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pan, then fry the ribs. Fry over medium heat until both sides of the ribs turn golden brown.
4
Then pour the brewed tea into the pan, covering the ribs.
5
Add simple seasonings : 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, and some rock sugar.
6
After bringing it to a boil, cover the pot and simmer on low heat for half an hour or more.
7
Once the ribs are tender, increase the heat to thicken the sauce.
8
Add a bit of salt to taste if needed, and it's ready to serve!
