250g of shrimp , remove the heads, veins, and shells
Cut a lemon in half and squeeze the juice from one half, add some black pepper, mix well, and marinate for half an hour
250g of asparagus, peel the top part and cut into sections ; 200g of mushrooms, sliced and set aside
Spray a little oil in the pan and add the shrimp to sauté until fragrant. Cook until both sides are golden brown , then remove and set aside
Add garlic and asparagus to stir-fry until fragrant, then add the mushrooms and continue to stir-fry
Stir-fry until the mushrooms are soft, then add the shrimp and mix well
Add some crushed black pepper and salt, stir well, and it's ready to serve
